KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor key funnel metrics, reports, and dashboards to evaluate the performance of our products and understand the root causes of changes
• Establish funnel performance metrics and develop automated reporting and alerting using SQL and Python
• Conduct analysis using advanced data analytics to evaluate trends in funnel performance and provide funnel optimization strategy recommendations to improve funnels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement funnel optimization strategy changes, monitor releases, and perform impact analysis
• Analyze A/B testing data for funnel optimization experiments, evaluate impact and provide recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's in (or senior majoring in) math, statistics, computer science, engineering or related field
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Programming experience with Python
• Experience with data analytics
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with key attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE

• Advanced degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., math, statistics, analytics, quantitative finance, engineering, or other quantitative fields)
• Experience with BI reporting tools
