We're looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about translating real business needs into smart technology solutions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure we’re building the right tools, processes, and systems that enable people to do their best work.

Here is a snapshot of the Tech Stack you will be leveraging: Slack, Salesforce, Marketo, Jira, RingLead, Billing Platform, Workato, and Okta, as well as some homegrown applications and integrations.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand business goals: Partner with stakeholders to understand the why behind a request—what’s the business need, and what does success look like?
  • Translate needs into action: Break business capabilities down into clear, actionable user stories and process flows that help the team build the right solutions.
  • Prioritize for impact: Help maintain a well-groomed backlog that aligns with business priorities and team capacity.
  • Collaborate on design: Work side-by-side with engineers and partners to shape solutions that not only meet requirements but are also scalable and in line with our technical architecture.
  • Be the voice of the customer: Anticipate user needs and proactively gather feedback to make sure we’re always delivering value.
  • Support smooth launches: Facilitate user acceptance testing and help ensure stakeholders are aligned before anything goes live.

What You Should Have:

  • 3+ years Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
  • 2+ years Salesforce domain experience.
  • Experience in delivering feature/functionality in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to facilitate technical conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders, partners, and users.

Nice to Haves:

  • Expertise working with others in a cross-functional multi-team environment and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to communicate thoughts, concepts, practices effectively at all levels, adjusting as needed to a target audience.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continually improve, share learning with others, and encourage team development.
  • Experience working in an Agile IT environment
