Reporting to the Manager of Business Analytics, the Business Analyst contractor will help support and develop analytics solutions that drive smarter decision-making across the company. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who’s excited to build skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.
What You'll Do- Support the development of analytical solutions to strengthen strategy and execution across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product
- Assist in translating raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Help define, document, and monitor critical metrics and KPIs
- Contribute to presentations and materials that communicate findings to internal stakeholders
- Participate in ad hoc analyses to answer important business questions and uncover opportunities for improvement
- 1+ year of experience in an analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused role
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights for non-technical audiences
