Job Summary

Business Analyst II requires working knowledge and expanded conceptual understanding of business systems analysis. This role involves performing a range of technical assignments and solving moderately complex problems under established policies and procedures.

The analyst may act as a liaison between IT development teams and business units to support the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. The position receives a moderate level of guidance and direction and impacts on both individual and team deliverables. Responsibilities may include maintaining and developing business rules and translating them into solutions that empower business and development teams.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst II, you will evaluate system requirements and enhance existing applications. By

integrating specialized tasks, you will contribute significantly to the success of new systems and

process improvements. Your role ensures IT solutions align with business needs and deliver high value.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of new applications and system requirements.

• Translate business needs into precise technical specifications.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system enhancements.

• Perform user testing and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

• Prepare and update user manuals and training materials.

• Maintain and update databases accurately.

• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for system-related issues.

• Capture and analyze feedback to recommend process improvements.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2–4 years of experience in business systems analysis or similar role.

• Prior experience with SAP systems is required

• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and functional requirements effectively.

Compensation:

$63,200.00 - $108,200.00 USD
This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
