- 4+ years of experience in project management and financial systems implementation in medium to large companies.
- Proven track record of managing global financial process implementations.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is a significant advantage.
- SQL knowledge is a big advantage.
- Experience with integration tools (such as Workato/Make) is a big advantage.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
