Madrivo, a world-ranked leader in the affiliate marketing space, is searching for a driven and strategic Account Manager to be the core link between our clients and our continued success, focusing on fostering long-term growth and new business opportunities within our existing portfolio.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role where you will operate as a strategic partner to our advertiser base. You will not just manage accounts; you will leverage your expertise in performance marketing to find innovative growth opportunities, architect campaign optimization strategies, and ultimately maximize client Return on Investment (ROI).

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Account Executive, you will own the following core areas:

  • Portfolio Growth & Management: Manage and aggressively grow a dedicated portfolio of advertiser accounts, consistently fostering long-term, high-value relationships and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Strategic Optimization: Analyze complex campaign performance data to identify critical trends and implement proactive strategies that rapidly optimize client ROI and maximize media value.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technology) to ensure flawless campaign execution and translate strategic insights into tangible results.
  • Market Intelligence: Proactively monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to identify and develop creative solutions for new revenue potential within existing accounts.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain transparent, clear communication with clients, delivering regular performance updates and compelling, data-backed strategic recommendations.

What You Bring: Essential Competencies

We're looking for an adaptable, results-obsessed professional with the following:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Results-Driven Track Record: A documented history of exceeding sales goals and building strong, enduring client relationships.
  • Industry Fluency: In-depth knowledge of key performance verticals (e.g., finance, insurance, home services, and lead generation).
  • Analytical Power: Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering complex insights clearly to C-suite partners.
  • Mindset: Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude required to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment while going the extra mile for success.
