You'll follow an established business development process to generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs, connect with prospective clients, conduct brief introductory conversations, share program information, and provide thoughtful follow-up throughout the decision-making process.

Full training is provided, including established digital strategies for generating and managing warm interest, with no cold calling required.

This is an independent role rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you're driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter—and want greater flexibility without starting over or leaving your professional experience behind.

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in business development, client relationships, account management, marketing, leadership, consulting, or a related field
  • Confidence connecting with professionals and conducting one-to-one conversations
  • Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and assess needs and alignment
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Willingness to learn and follow established systems
  • Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your results
  • Genuine interest in leadership and personal development

Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required. Full training is provided.
