Your day to day will include:

- Developing expertise in insurance regulatory and compliance requirements to guide strategy, solution positioning, and client engagement
- Collaborating with product, delivery, and technical teams to tailor custom software, data and AI solutions with value propositions for underwriting, claims, risk, and customer experience
- Leading client presentations, demos, and proposals, managing complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders, including IT, operations, and C-level executives
- Executing targeted outbound campaigns, attending industry events, and building referral networks to generate leads and strengthen relationships
- Assessing market SaaS solutions, identifying gaps, and creating industry-specific case studies, ROI models, competitive positioning, and marketing material.
- Managing the full sales process from initial contact to contract closure while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data
- Providing actionable market intelligence on competitors, pricing, client needs, and technology trends to inform leadership and commercial strategy
- Collaborating with marketing, delivery, legal, and compliance teams to develop campaigns, ensure smooth project handovers, and enhance client satisfaction
- Advising on pricing strategies and service offerings tailored to the insurance market
What makes you thrive here:
- Solid understanding of US insurance operations, including underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and regulatory compliance requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience selling technology solutions to insurance companies, ideally in data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong awareness of the insurance technology landscape, including core systems, emerging InsurTech solutions, and digital modernization challenges
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and navigate formal procurement processes typical in the insurance industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field; relevant insurance certifications (CPCU, ARM, etc.) are advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both business and IT audiences
- Established network within the US insurance industry, including relationships with carriers, brokers, and technology decision-makers
- Self-motivated and results-oriented professional, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
