This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, sales execution, and operational excellence. You will represent SOCKET in one of the most dynamic markets, acting as both a relationship builder and a business operator.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute strategy

    • Build compelling narratives around protocol features tailored to key decision-makers
  •  Own deals end-to-end
    • Identify, pitch, and close high-impact integrations with leading companies building using crypto rails.
    • Own the full sales cycle - from discovery and demos to deal closure.
  •  Build product alignment
    • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and integration teams to ensure successful integration and onboarding
    • Channel market feedback to influence roadmap decisions (e.g., chains support, compliance features, API requirements)
  •  Lead externally
    • Represent SOCKET at key industry events, conferences, and global forums
    • Build thought leadership on programmable money
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem players (chains, wallets, stablecoin issuers, stablecoin-as-a-service providers etc.)
  •  Iterate & Scale
    • Experiment with strategies, tactics, and tools to identify what works and iterate to find scalable success
Who you are
  • You have 5+ years experience in BD or Sales roles within Crypto, Payments or Fintech companies
  • A proven track record of closing and scaling complex deals with fintech clients
  • Good understanding of emerging crypto led Fintech infrastructure: wallets, custody, card issuing, stablecoins, compliance tooling, and developer platforms
  • Comfortable having conversations with external stakeholders across levels: founders & c-level stakeholders, product & growth managers etc.
  • A high agency operator who can build 0→1 partnerships, GTM strategies, and partner programs with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving, frontier market and iterating quickly based on learnings
  • Curious, have low ego, and always looking to improve. You’re open to feedback and collaborating with others to get to the best approach.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage multi-functional stakeholders
What you'll like about us
  • We have real scale - our product reaches millions of people in crypto and our users love us
  • No micromanagement bullshit. We trust each other and empower employees to make decisions autonomously.
  • We are a team of builders - we’re always shipping
  • Good vibes - we are all team players that only want the best for each other and the company.
  • Remote Friendly - Enjoy the flexibility of remote work.
