We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive net-new revenue growth across AI, Data, and Generative AI solutions within enterprise environments.
This is a high-impact role focused on new logo acquisition, strategic sales, and closing complex AI services deals with senior technology and business stakeholders.
The Business Development Manager will lead full-cycle enterprise sales efforts—prospecting, qualifying, positioning, and closing opportunities across AI-driven business services.
This role requires strong experience selling enterprise software, AI services, or digital transformation solutions, along with the ability to engage and influence CIOs, CTOs, and Digital Leaders.
New Business Development
• Drive net-new logo acquisition across enterprise clients
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value AI and Generative AI opportunities
• Prospect through multiple channels including personal networks, partnerships, and industry events
Sales Strategy & Execution • Lead full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure
• Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans for complex deals
• Position AI, data, and engineering solutions to align with client business objectives
Executive Engagement • Build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, Engineering Leaders)
• Lead solution discussions and value-based selling conversations
• Navigate complex buying groups and long enterprise sales cycles
Collaboration & Cross-Selling • Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated AI solutions
• Collaborate with account managers and other BDMs to expand opportunities
• Leverage alliance partners and ecosystems to generate leads
Pipeline & Performance Management • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets ($5M–$10M range)
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
• Track opportunities and sales activity within CRM systems
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or technical background preferred)
• 15+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services or software solutions
• Proven success selling AI, data, or digital transformation services
• Strong track record of new logo acquisition and revenue growth
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Established network within enterprise technology or industry verticals
Preferred Qualifications • Experience selling Generative AI or advanced analytics solutions
• Background in engineering services, application development, or digital transformation
• Experience working with alliance partners and ecosystem sales models
• Knowledge of key industry verticals and emerging AI trends
