MasonBlue is seeking experienced, self-driven Business Development professionals to expand our cybersecurity, identity governance, managed services (MSP), product portfolio, and IT services footprint across SMB and mid-market clients.

This is a performance-driven, commission-based opportunity designed for individuals who want flexibility, ownership, and strong earning potential by helping organizations improve their cybersecurity posture.

You will work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive revenue growth across multiple service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market organizations
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct engagement
  • Initiate and manage client conversations, including discovery and qualification
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions and proposals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources
  • Build strategic partnerships with consultants, IT providers, and local businesses
  • Support deal progression from initial contact through closure

RequirementsIdeal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Background in cybersecurity, IT services, consulting, or related fields (preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Existing professional network (highly preferred)
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based model
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, MSP, or compliance services
  • Connections in healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, or SMB sectors
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools (Zoho experience is a plus)
