  • Product Champion: Serve as the product expert, preparing comprehensive proposals and quotes, and overseeing the sale of our full suite of Avigilon and MSI products and services. You will directly influence how our products are successfully deployed and utilized.

  • Market Influencer: Identify key surveillance market trends and influencers, positioning our products as the superior solution in the industry.

  • Cross-Functional Leader: Collaborate closely with our Global Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams, providing crucial end-user feedback to drive product improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to develop account plans, create marketing strategies, generate end-user leads, and implement training programs.

  • Empowering Partners: Develop standardized strategic partnership presentations and sales tools that clearly articulate the Avigilon value proposition to our partners' enterprise teams.

What You'll Need to Bring:

  • 5+ years of successful sales or business development experience, specifically within the video security solutions industry.

  • Direct experience with Johnson Controls is a significant advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Solid understanding of channel strategies and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Excellent time management; the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment is non-negotiable.

  • You will focus exclusively on managing and growing the Johnson Controls strategic account across North America.
