The Challenge:
  • Reporting to the Director of Business Development, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key partner relationships, and identify strategic opportunities across our global portfolio.

  • The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of analytical rigor and strong interpersonal skills. In this role, you will embrace an evolving gaming landscape, manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, and deliver actionable insights to a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization.


What you'll take on:
  • Support the deal lifecycle, assisting with initial outreach, platform alignment, and contract tracking through execution, for both prospective and existing partner accounts.

  • Build robust business cases, ROI projections, and data-driven valuations to vet and greenlight new strategic partnerships.

  • Conduct systematic market scouting to discover new platforms, emerging technologies, and untapped distribution channels.

  • Provide support to our publishing labels, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of partner commitments.

  • Track and analyze the ongoing commercial performance of our released digital portfolio, conducting regular health checks to ensure compliance and maximize revenue.

  • Partner closely with internal Legal, Finance, and Product teams to seamlessly process deals.

  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, executive-facing presentations and deliver strategic business recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Serve as a dependable touchpoint for various internal business units and publishing labels to streamline initiatives.


What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Partner Management, or Operations (Gaming, Digital Media, or Entertainment industries heavily preferred).

  • Strong strategic thinking and data analysis skills, with a proven ability to translate and visualize complex data into actionable insights for audiences across all organizational levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messages to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Basic understanding of commercial contract structures.

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for gaming and the interactive entertainment industry is a plus!

The pay range for this position in New York at the start of employment is expected to be between $103,700 and $153,500 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an ~at-will position~ and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
