Job Description

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 Bring immediate business from known accounts.
 Identify new clients (Must Enter Category) in the Embedded services for the specified verticals and actionize plans to build quick revenue streams.
 Proactively create and develop business opportunities with new clients (OEM and Tier1’s) in order to generate new business and to build relationships
 Collaborate with Delivery service lines for demand forecasting, provide talent pipeline visibility for all focus competencies

Requirements
 Total 10 to 15 years of industrial experience in Embedded (for at least two of verticals specified above), pre-sales and client solution management.
 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Business development, preferably with an Embedded & Electronics service line. Managerial experience in client management, customer engagement and account mining.
 Demonstrated ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
 Experience in handling contracts and NDA’s.
 Should have done at least 10 to 15 M USD sales in Embedded area.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Electronics/ Control Systems or equivalent
