We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

 

2. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.

 

3. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

 

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

 

5. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

 

6. Develop and manage business development budgets and forecasts.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

 

2. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

 

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.

 

4. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.

 

5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

 

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

7. Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

 

 

Nice to Have:

 

1. Experience with business development in a specific industry, such as technology or healthcare.

 

2. Knowledge of market research and analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or Marketo.

 

3. Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools.
