About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to lead both Business Development and Marketing for our AI-driven Talent Intelligence and Recruitment Automation platform. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in SaaS / HRTech / ATS sales, combined with strong marketing acumen to drive brand visibility, demand generation, and GTM excellence. The Director will own revenue growth, market expansion, and the overall positioning of our AI Talent Solutions across global staffing and enterprise HR ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Leadership

  • Drive end-to-end revenue strategy, including market penetration, enterprise acquisition, and subscription growth.
  • Lead the complete lead generation → demo → solution mapping → negotiation → deal closure cycle.
  • Conduct high-impact product demos and ROI-driven solution selling to recruitment leaders, staffing executives, and enterprise HR teams.
  • Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with ATS vendors, MSP programs, consulting firms, HR service platforms, and talent ecosystems.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen market presence.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, establishing best practices and performance standards.

Marketing & GTM Ownership

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Oversee demand generation, including digital campaigns, content strategy, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine GTM strategy, influence roadmap priorities, and align product-market fit.
  • Drive content creation for case studies, sales collateral, pitch decks, and thought leadership.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
  • Strengthen the company’s digital footprint through SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and targeted outreach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7-10 years of experience in SaaS / HRTech / ATS / IT staffing sales, with exposure to marketing leadership or GTM strategy.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows, ATS usage, MSP programs, bench sales, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise sales cycles, close high-value deals, and build scalable revenue engines.
  • Experience managing marketing functions, including digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience selling to US or India staffing and enterprise HR markets is a strong advantage.
  • A self-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can independently drive both BD and Marketing outcomes.

Compensation

  • Up to $70K per year, negotiable based on experience.
  • Bonus & Profit Sharing: Eligible for bid award bonuses and company profit-sharing.
  • Performance-based incentives may apply.
