Role Overview:
We’re looking for a high-energy, entry-level Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating qualified meetings for our Senior Enterprise Account Executives by reaching out to prospective customers via phone, email, and social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day to engage potential customers

  • Identify and qualify prospects for SimeioIO, professional services, managed services, and advisory offerings

  • Set appointments and build pipeline for Senior Enterprise Account Executives

  • Learn and articulate Simeio’s value proposition to technical and business audiences

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress in the CRM

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven

  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection

  • Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or identity management a plus
