It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Business Development Representative to our growing team. Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in prospecting new business for the company. We believe in bringing your whole self to work. As our Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Sourcing, reaching out to, and qualifying leads to convey Beyond’s value proposition
- Converting qualified leads into scheduled product demos for our Account Executive team
- Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices
- Quota attainment based on qualified leads & activity

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- A demonstrated ability to understand and apply effective outbound prospecting strategies and techniques
- Confidence in picking up the phone and smoothly conversing with prospects
- Demonstrated history of resilience, curiosity, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mentality
- A track record of overachieving against defined metrics
- A data-oriented approach with an aptitude for large data sets and numbers
- A desire to win, doesn’t believe in settling, and finds motivation in temporary setbacks
- Bonus Points for experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation/Engagement platform and/or familiarity with Property Management Systems and/or the vacation rental market
