Array partners with an extensive network of hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to improve access and deliver the highest quality of care to patients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Representative (BDR) fuels top-of-funnel growth for Array’s OnDemand business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying hospital and health system partnership opportunities. Working in close collaboration with the Sales Directors and EVP of Growth & Partnerships, the BDR uses a modern, account-based approach—combining targeted research with multi-channel outreach—to open doors, secure first meetings, and progress high-potential opportunities into qualified pipeline. The role supports Array’s B2B growth engine that brings qualified new logo opportunities in targeted markets to deliver the OnDemand family of solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and refine named-account lists for hospitals, health systems, and crisis stabilization units aligned to OnDemand growth priorities.

  • Research stakeholders and organizational structures; identify decision makers and influencers to enable effective multi-threading.

  • Run hands-on outreach using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clari, and Groove across email, social, and phone; tailor cadences and content by persona.

  • Coordinate with Marketing to activate display ads and direct-response tactics, along with nurture and win-back journeys for named accounts.

  • Maintain clean data and contact hierarchies across CRM/Marketing Automation; assist with HubSpot ↔ Salesforce mapping as needed.

  • Conduct high-volume, high-quality outbound to secure discovery meetings for the Sales Directors and senior team.

  • Execute structured discovery to qualify needs, timing, fit, and next steps; document objections, buying triggers, and integration considerations (e.g., Epic, CERM).

  • Log all activities, contacts, and opportunities; maintain stage accuracy, next steps, and SLA adherence for handoffs.

  • Use Clari to track cadence coverage and early signals; surface weekly insights on campaign performance, account engagement, and meetings set.

  • Coordinate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and the EVP of Growth & Partnerships to surface opportunity and operational considerations early and route to the right owners.

  • Contribute inputs for monthly meetings on effort, performance and market trends prepared for Director-led sessions.

  • Support webinars, conferences, and target-market events, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.

  • Assist with ad hoc growth experiments and messaging tests to improve conversion across channels.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years in an SDR/BDR or market development role (healthcare preferred) with a track record of meetings set and qualified pipeline created.

  • Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clari, and Groove; comfort partnering on display ads and co-branded landing pages.

  • Exceptional written communication, phone presence, and research skills; ability to synthesize account insights into concise outreach and briefing notes.

  • Process discipline and data hygiene in CRM/Marketing Automation; familiarity with HubSpot ↔ Salesforce data alignment.
