Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving Beacon Funding’s growth by generating qualified applications and creating high-quality sales opportunities. This is a proactive, activity-driven role designed for someone who is eager to take initiative, engage prospects, learn continuously, and serve as a brand ambassador for Beacon Funding. SDRs work closely with the senior sales team to build pipeline, refine outreach strategies, and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead qualification and application generation
  • High energy and proactive initiative
  • Execute on multiple outreach campaigns via phone and email
  • Prospect nurturing and engagement to create positive long term relationships
  • Collaborate lead and application hand-off to senior sales team
  • Excellent management of CRM to keep accounts, activities, and pipelines up to date
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and targets set by management
Job Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of drive, adaptability, and resilience
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach in a structured environment
  • Comfortable learning new processes, tools, and messaging
  • Prior sales or calling experience is a plus but not required
  • Proficient with computers, software, and technology
  • Able to satisfy requirements of pre-employment screening
