Position Overview

Mulah is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and engage prospective business clients. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, generating opportunities, and contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding fintech company.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage business owners through phone, email, and digital outreach.
  • Qualify potential clients and identify funding opportunities.
  • Schedule consultations between prospective clients and funding advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Meet and exceed activity and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, customer service, business development, or lead generation experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting outreach.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
