About the Role

The successful candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities and expanding customer relationships across Canada's mining sector, particularly within:

  • Fixed Plant Solutions
  • Mill Liners
  • Wear Solutions and Wear Piping
  • Mineral Processing Applications

You will work closely with operations, maintenance, reliability, engineering, and procurement stakeholders to understand customer challenges and deliver value-driven solutions.

Important Considerations

To be successful in this role, candidates should be comfortable with:

  • Approximately 50-60% travel across Canada, including regular visits to mining operations and customer sites.
  • A field-based sales environment requiring frequent travel and territory coverage.
  • Building new business opportunities while also developing long-term customer relationships with existing partners and network in mining and related relevant heavy industries.
  • Working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the mining industry.
  • Knowledge of Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, Wear Solutions, Grinding Circuit Equipment, or related mining products.
  • An established network and existing relationships within mining companies, EPCM organisations, OEMs, engineering consultancies, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not required.

This position is open to be fully remote in anywhere within Canada (Preferred Quebec, Edmonton and Toronto)  While a "remote" position, it will require substantial travel to mining locations.
