Direct Responsibilities/Duties:

• Meet or exceed monthly Business Development quota

• Increase loan officer’s database by 20% or more per quarter by scheduling new meetings and managing current referral partner database

• Conceptualize and execute events to introduce new potential partners to increase brand awareness & revenue for the lender

• Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development teams to strategize team efforts and content

• Execute & analyze the growth of social media presence through outreach, posts, and other creative methods with consumers as well as Real-estate professionals

Requirements

• 2-4 years of sales or lead generation experience 

• Ability to conduct market research and cold calling to generate leads 

• Caylx Point, Salesforce, or experience with a CRM system

• Mortgage experience is a plus

• Familiarity and comfort with social media.
