In this role, you will be responsible for turning raw data into information by building reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query. Work as part of a cross-functional team supporting data modeling and report/dashboard development. Completes complexity ad-hoc report/dashboard development that meets existing and emerging reporting and analytical needs.
Responsibilities
- Ability to use BI tools, such as SAP BO and Power BI, and Workflow tools, such as Power Query or Alteryx
- Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Azure Synapse
- Knowledge of business systems analysis or data analytics / business intelligence requirements gathering
- Monitor historical and real-time performances of key metrics to detect and report anomalies.
- Develop and modify reports, verify information integrity and design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/ graphs, drilldowns, and dynamic reports to meet new information needs.
- Recommend solutions by applying business analysis skills to complex business wants/needs, with consideration of associated business benefits, risks, cost and timescales.
- Derive actionable insights through critical analysis and data visualization.
- Understand the business stakeholders' objectives, the metrics that are the most important to them, and how they measure their performance.
Create innovative and easy to understand visuals for reports to enable more effective consumption of data. - Build and execute data queries and views using tools such as SQL.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on BI tools and data as well as share knowledge and train others on best practices.

Education:
- Bachlors Degree - Computer Science, Advanced Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems or Related - Minimum
- Graduate Degree - Computer Science, Advanced Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems or Related - Preferred
Years of Experience:
- 2 years - Report development, data science, business analytics, business intelligence or related
In Lieu of Education:
- 6 years - Report development, data science, business analytics, business intelligence or related
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $76,500 - $108,050 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
