Leidos is actively seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in utilizing Power Platforms, such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of supporting process improvement initiatives, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and within a team, as continuous improvement and skill enhancement are key aspects of this role. This role will also support the maintenance and development of tools that are used throughout the Growth Office.   

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik). 

  • Apply data storytelling principles to ensure clarity, usability, and business impact. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and translate needs into effective solutions. 

  • Support internal Growth tools by participating in data cleanup efforts, managing a backlog of improvements, and providing updates to the Growth community. 

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online integrations. 

  • Perform data modeling tasks to structure, organize, and optimize data for reporting and automation needs. 

  • Support the adaptation of AI tools within Growth and help define metrics to track their effectiveness. 

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., agents, AI Builder) to automate and enhance business processes and help track AI effectiveness across Growth. 

  • Provide user support for Power Platform tools and assist citizen developers within the Growth community. 

  • Actively participate in weekly team and stakeholder meetings, providing status updates on ongoing work. 

  • Document solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing. 

  • Stay current with updates and new capabilities within the Microsoft Power Platform and related ecosystems. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Strong skills in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, and ability to learn new applications. 

  • Understanding of data concepts such as tables, relationships, and connectors. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to work constructively across teams. 

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality work. 

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred; equivalent experience considered. 

  • U.S. citizenship required. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Knowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts. 

  • Experience with business development/capture/proposal activities 

  • Data/configuration management experience 

  • Experience developing and implementing automation or AI/ML solutions

Pay Range:Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
