- Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
- Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines or documents on standards, processes and applications.
- Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.
- Research Analysis: Knowledge of concepts, methodologies and methods of research analysis; ability to locate, interpret and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by others.
Top Candidates May Have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Science or related degree (selected candidates must complete their degree by their start date)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience related to this field (internships or academic projects are a plus)
- Minimum cumulative GPA requirement 3.0/ 4.0 (no rounding)
- Experience using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Exposure to tools and concepts such as GitHub, Snowflake, Cortex, data storytelling, data analysis, and working with large datasets

- Ideal for those building foundational skills in data, generally within the first 24 months of their career
- This position is in Chicago or Peoria Illinois
