Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Consultant to help design and implement a scalable data platform while defining key business metrics and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with data architecture, ETL processes, cloud platforms, and BI tools to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data platforms.
- Gather business reporting and analytics requirements.
- Integrate data from multiple sources.
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Create dashboards and executive reports.
- Define and document business KPIs and metrics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security.
- Optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
- Provide recommendations for improving business intelligence capabilities.
Requirements
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and business reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with executive leadership.
- Experience designing enterprise reporting solutions.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Relevant Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications.
