Role Overview:  

We are building a world-class Revenue Operations team to enable our next stage of growth.  As Business Process Analyst, you will coordinate and lead critical cross-functional projects to optimize and build our systems and processes.  You will work closely with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and IT to execute on high impact initiatives to develop the infrastructure underlying all of our sales processes. 

Key responsibilities  

• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing our systems and processes to enable our Sales teams  
• Act as a central point of contact for Sales to IT, translating our business needs into requirements 
• Identify areas of process friction in our quote to cash process and collaborate cross-functionally to address 
• Partner with IT and other stakeholders to determine our systems roadmap 
• Enable our Sales team on systems and processes

Minimum qualifications  

• 4+ years experience with cross-functional project management, IT project management, PMO, or similar role 
• Intermediate level knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ 
• Experience utilizing project management tools, including project planning and tracking
