Client-facing BI consultant responsible for end-to-end delivery of TARGIT-based analytics: requirements gathering, prototyping, backend work, dashboards, training, deployment, optimization, and customer engagement.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated BI Consultant to join our team delivering impactful analytics solutions. This is a client facing role that will require excellent communication, frequent customer interaction, and database backend knowledge. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing BI solutions in support of Partners and Customers.
The successful candidate will be someone who has a passion for data, has strong SQL skills, understands best practices in data warehousing and business intelligence, is business savvy, and has hands-on experience working with BI tools to solve business problems.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of BI solutions using TARGIT, from requirements gathering through to deployment and optimisation
Work closely with our clients to define system requirements
Provide training for our clients in the BI and data warehousing disciplines
Execute rapid prototyping to support presales activities
Participate in meetings/presentations with clients
Performing backend tasks for customer projects
Supporting and configuring Analysis, Dashboards and Reports
Engage directly with customers and partners to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable BI solutions
Actively share knowledge, solutions, and best practices across the team to strengthen overall capability
Travel to job site as required
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Advanced SQL expertise, including query optimisation and working with complex datasets
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (dimensional modelling, star schemas, fact/dimension design)
A creative approach to troubleshooting and solving problems
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts
A background working with BI solutions or other analytics software
Proven experience with large data volumes
A proven track record in implementing data warehouse and BI solutions
