Job Description

Business Systems Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL

Full time

Responsibilities

Work closely with Treasury business partners to document current state and future requirements.

Work closely with Data Analytics team to understand existing solution (Qlikview, Excel, Access and DataMart) applications for aspects pertinent to business requirements.

Work closely with nForm BI team to understand the tools and technologies available to deliver the required functionality (IBM Cognos BI, TM1, SPSS, SAS, etc.)

Conduct requirement review and walk-through sessions for BI development team.

Perform System Integration testing on proposed solution to validate that business requirements are met.

Hand-hold business partners to plan and execute UAT.

Skills Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with banking/accounting concepts and terms.

Good understanding and experience with Multi-dimensional (OLAP) and relational (OLTP) data modelling and Business Intelligence Reporting and Analytics.

Good understanding and experience with Statistical Analysis, Data Mining and ETL.

Complete life-cycle project experience with BI and data warehouse.

Should be comfortable interacting with Senior level Executive business partners.
