Business Technology Solutions Consultant - Content Supply Chain
We are seeking a consultant with expertise in Content Supply Chain (CSC) transformation and AI-driven innovation to help clients reimagine how content is planned, created, managed, and delivered at scale. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, marketing operations, and applied AI, with a focus on driving efficiency, personalization, and speed-to-market.
You will work with senior stakeholders to design next-generation content ecosystems powered by modular content, automation, and Generative AI-transforming content from a manual, linear process into an intelligent, adaptive system.
What you'll do:
  • Define end-to-end content supply chain strategies incorporating AI, automation, and data-driven decisioning
  • Assess current-state content operations, including AI maturity, data readiness, and automation opportunities
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-value AI use cases across the content lifecycle
  • Develop future-state operating models integrating human + AI collaboration
  • Design and operationalize GenAI use cases (e.g., content generation, summarization, localization, tagging, personalization)
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted content production and decisioning at scale
  • Architect modular and reusable content systems (e.g., atomized content, dynamic assembly)
  • Redesign workflows to integrate AI tools across planning, creation, review, and distribution
  • Enable real-time, omnichannel personalization using AI and data signals
  • Implement agile and test-and-learn content operating models
  • Advise on and help implement MarTech and AI-enabled ContentTech platforms (e.g., DAM, CMS, CDP, GenAI platforms)
  • Translate business needs into system architecture, including AI model integration and APIs
  • Define data strategies to support AI (metadata, taxonomy, training data, feedback loops)
  • Establish measurement frameworks (KPIs for AI impact, content performance, productivity gains)
  • Lead AI ideation workshops and CSC transformation programs with senior stakeholders
  • Build business cases quantifying ROI from AI-enabled content supply chains
  • Manage cross-functional teams spanning strategy, creative, data science, and engineering
  • Drive change management for AI adoption across marketing and content teams

What You'll Bring?
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, marketing operations, or content transformation
  • Proven experience with Content Supply Chain design across planning, creation, review, and distribution
  • Hands-on experience with AI / Generative AI use cases for content (e.g., generation, localization, tagging, personalization)
  • Strong understanding of modular content models and reusable content frameworks
  • Experience working with MarTech / ContentTech platforms (CMS, DAM, CDP, GenAI tools)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into operating models and technology solutions
  • Experience leading client engagements and working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Fluency in English

Additional Skills:
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM/DAM), Veeva PromoMats, or similar content platforms

  • Prior experience in consulting or digital agencies
