What Y ou'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end discovery and blueprinting for complex patient support programs (enrollment, case management, benefit verification, nurse triage, AI-enabled tools).
- Own the functional design and ensure alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
- Collaborate with solution architects to define data models, integrations, and system boundaries.
- Drive design decisions on core Health Cloud components
- Lead end-to-end discovery and blueprinting for complex patient support programs (enrollment, case management, benefit verification, nurse triage, AI-enabled tools).
- Own the functional design and ensure alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
- Collaborate with solution architects to define data models, integrations, and system boundaries.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate executive-level workshops to define KPIs, governance frameworks, and future-state operating models.
- Advise on best practices in patient support, reimbursement models, digital adherence, and specialty therapy services.
- Manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle - epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and refinement.
- Ensure traceability across design, build, and testing phases.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog for sustainable delivery.
- Define and document integration requirements with HUBs, specialty pharmacies and broader patient ecosystems.
- Map data flows across onboarding, benefit verification, prescription status, nurse interactions, and safety events.
- Lead KPI design and reporting frameworks for therapy initiation, adherence, contact-center performance, and patient outcomes.
- Lead UAT planning, business validation, and defect triage.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and pharma code of conduct.
- Support training, change management, and rollout planning.
- Demonstrate understanding of patient pathways, financial assistance, prior authorization complexity, and real-world patient engagement challenges.• Guide solution design for multi-market, multi-brand scalability across therapeutic areas.
What Y ou'll Bring:
- Candidates must either be in their junior year of a Bachelor's degree or in their first year of a Master's degree specializing in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, MBA, or a related field with academic excellence
- 7+ years of Business Analyst or Techno-Functional experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
- Strong background in pharma patient services, specialty therapies, HUB operations, case management, or oncology support.
- Proven experience leading discovery and blueprinting workshops and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent user-story writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Significant supervisory, coaching, and hands on project management skills
- Extensive experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and GCP
- Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, process automation, and application development
- Familiarity with industry- standard products and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, Cloud.
- Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies
