Job Description

  • 従業員データがタイムリーに作成および更新されるようにするための HRIS システムの保守および更新
  • 雇用契約書(契約更新を含む)の作成、新規入社・離職者の退職届・退職届の受理
  • 新しいスタッフの新人研修プロセスを調整
  • 従業員の雇用ステータスの管理、オファーレターを準備
  • スタッフのオフボーディングプロセス - 納税手続きを行い、退職調査を提出
  • ビジネスレターのリクエストを支援(例:ビザレター、雇用証明書、表彰など)
  • 他の人事担当者と協力して一元的な人事メール受信箱を管理
  • 必要に応じて、従業員エンゲージメント委員会の取り組みやその他の人事プロジェクトに参加
  • 必要に応じて管理報告書、政府調査、提出物を作成
  • すべての人事関連情報についてチームと連携し、最新の人事ポリシー情報がイントラネット ポータルに定期的に反映されるようにする
  • 指定された外部ベンダーとの従業員の福利厚生および請求の照会を管理
  • 新入社員/退勤スタッフの保険加入/削除
  • 保険更新請求書を確認し、承認のために提出

Qualifications

  • ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語力
  • 日本の労働基準法や人事労務に関わるその他関連法令法規の知識をお持ちしてる方
  • 外資系企業での人事やアドミンの勤務経験がある方
  • Outlook (電子メールとカレンダー)、Word、Excel、PowerPoint などのMicrosoft アプリケーションに精通していること
  • マルチタスク、仕事の優先順位を付ける能力

給与関連:

  • 入退社の書類手続き、給与計算委託先、また社員連絡のコミュニケーション
  • 月次の給与データ作成、申し送り事項の記入、給与計算委託先への送信
  • 年次賞与、昇給にかかわるリージョンオフィスとの情報管理、申し送り事項の記入
  • 年次に係る年末調整申告案内、書類回収、年末調整事務局からの照会、回答のコミュニケーションの取り交わし
  • 社員からの問い合わせ対応等

福利厚生関連 :

  • 確定拠出年金にかかわる事務作業、月次運用、加入者、喪失者のデータ管理、信託銀行システム操作、4年に一度の監査対応など
  • 団体生命保険にかかわる加入、喪失手続き、年次昇給に係る変更手続き
  • 退職金関連にかかわる引き当ての知識など
  • 傷害保険に係る保険代理店との連絡対応、連携等
  • 特別休暇等にかかわる申請書管理、承認手続き
  • その他、福利厚生に係る請求書の作成、支払いまでの書類等の管理

労務関連:

  • 年次有給休暇の消化率の管理
  • 年次健康診断・ストレスチェックの運用
  • 衛生委員会議事録の管理、時間外労働の管理
  • 勤怠システムのモニタリング、運用、社員からの問い合わせ対応
  • 労働保険料更新にかかわる手続き(概算計算は給与委託先にて対応)
  • 36協定、雇用関連にかかわる申告書などの年次届け出作業
