As our Marketing Campaign Specialist, you’ll take the lead on building, managing and launching multi-channel campaigns that engage, nurture and convert, working with team members to develop themes and create the frameworks and templates that bring them to life.

- What You’ll Do
- You’ll collaborate with our sales, creative, and broader marketing team to ensure content and tactics align with strategy, building full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our audiences. Your work will directly influence brand perception, customer engagement, inbound leads and sales outcomes.
- Create engaging email templates in Salesforce Account Engagement for conversion, nurturing and re-engagement, working with our content and creative team members to maintain alignment with brand voice
- Build and manage multi-sequence email campaigns tailored to specific audiences
- Partner with brand managers, the digital team, and content/creative leads to design and optimize landing pages that support campaign-specific user journeys, including tracking, SEO-friendly keywords, and vanity URL creation.
- Help build and refine prospect audiences, using data in Salesforce along with traffic trends to uncover growth opportunities and drive campaigns that convert.
- Support the integration of new marketing automation channels for scalability and precision targeting
- Experience managing sales-focused ABM campaigns, understanding commercial goals and target audiences to design tailored nurture journeys, while partnering with sales to analyze results and optimize for revenue impact.
- Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email and digital campaigns
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills, with a data-informed approach
- Skilled in using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Wrike) to manage multiple campaigns with deadlines and approvals
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Expertise in UTM tracking, lead attribution, and campaign analytics
- Deep understanding of brand messaging strategies across the customer journey
- Experience crafting conversion-focused content for full-funnel campaigns
- Comfortable editing content from senior contributors and collaborating cross-functionally
- Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with third-party vendors and external partners
- Comfortable presenting campaign performance and insights in reporting meetings with stakeholders and brand managers
- Background in healthcare, sustainability, or B2B marketing
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, managing multiple brands at once and keeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication and reporting
- Proven experience tying campaign performance to revenue targets, with an understanding of how marketing drives pipeline growth.
