ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Campus Recruiter at PEAK6, you'll help shape the next generation of Trading and Tech talent that fuels our growth. You'll build real relationships-with students, campus partners, and our hiring teams-and create experiences that make top candidates excited to join us. You'll own the full campus recruiting journey, from finding standout interns and full-time hires to running programs that give them a true taste of life at PEAK6. You're proactive, organized, and always a few steps ahead-ready to make things happen
What You'll Do

• Drive full-cycle campus recruiting for Trading + Tech internships and new grad hiring, with a focus on high-volume, high-caliber pipelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, campus partners, and internal stakeholders
• Own logistics for events, interviews, and programs-ensuring every touchpoint reflects our bar for excellence
• Facilitate the week-to-week execution of internship programs
• Use data to inform decision-making and improve processes
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, scheduling workflows, and hiring outcomes
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to meet hiring goals and timelines

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with exposure to high-volume or early talent hiring
• A self-starter mindset-you don't wait to be told what to do
• Exceptional people skills-you gain energy from talking to candidates and building relationships
• Strong attention to detail-you catch mistakes others miss and take pride in clean execution
• Analytical thinking-you're comfortable with spreadsheets and draw insights from data
• A sense of urgency balanced with sound judgment
• Professionalism, polish, and the ability to represent our firm with confidence

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location. This position also may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a range of health & wellness benefits, enhancing your overall compensation package.
Base Salary Range
$72,800-$91,000
