Why Neocol?

Neocol partners with the world's most innovative subscription businesses to solve complex, high-impact challenges and unlock scalable growth. As a leading Salesforce Summit Partner, we bring deep expertise in Agentforce Revenue Management and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to help customers transform how they sell, service, and scale.

What sets Neocol apart is not just our technical depth, but how we work. We've built proven playbooks, accelerators, and delivery models that empower teams to move quickly, confidently, and with purpose — always with a focus on meaningful outcomes.

At Neocol, you'll join a team that values expertise, curiosity, and ownership — and gives you the opportunity to make a measurable impact in the subscription economy.

What You'll Do

As a Capability Architect focused on NetSuite, your day starts by preparing to lead the technical architecture for enterprise scale ERP and revenue automation solutions that bridge Salesforce and NetSuite. You’ll collaborate closely with client stakeholders, Neocol delivery teams, and technology partners to design scalable, secure, and future ready solutions that unify front-office and back-office processes. Whether you’re whiteboarding integration architectures, guiding technical teams through complex SuiteScript designs, or leading a Proof of Concept that validates the value of Neocol’s ARM Connector IP, you’re the trusted expert ensuring every engagement is technically sound, high-performing, and aligned with client objectives.

Throughout the week, you’ll serve as an escalation point for delivery challenges, mentor technical teams on NetSuite best practices, and define the architectural standards that drive implementation excellence. Beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping Neocol’s market position and go-to-market strategy for ERP integration and revenue automation. From supporting sales pursuits to building reusable assets and accelerators that streamline Salesforce and NetSuite interoperability, you’ll influence how our clients adopt digital transformation strategies that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture
  • Serve as the solution leader for enterprise scale NetSuite and ERP integration initiatives, acting as the primary solution authority for Neocol’s most strategic and complex engagements
  • Guide solution architecture that integrates NetSuite ERP (including ARM, SuiteBilling, and core financials) with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing and related technologies
  • Lead technical design sessions, ensuring alignment of business requirements with NetSuite architecture, SuiteScript development, and cross-system integration patterns
  • Resolve complex technical challenges and serve as the escalation point for delivery issues across engagements
  • Drive Proof of Concept (POC) efforts (paid or presales) to demonstrate solution feasibility, validate integration strategies, and showcase the value of Neocol’s ARM Connector IP
  • Mentor technical teams on NetSuite architecture, SuiteScript and SuiteTalk best practices, and integration governance
  • Contribute to Neocol’s technical frameworks for cross cloud orchestration (Salesforce ↔ NetSuite) and scalable automation patterns
Market Growth & Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in support of sales pursuits, including demo creation, solution recommendations, proposal development, and executive presentations articulating Neocol’s cross-cloud value proposition
  • Partner with Sales, Alliances, and Delivery teams to design and execute GTM strategies for NetSuite and ERP integration offerings
  • Lead the development of reusable IP, accelerators, and architectural templates that enable accelerated Salesforce & NetSuite deployments
  • Participate in GTM working sessions and co-create plays that expand existing client relationships and generate new bookings
  • Represent Neocol in joint events, webinars, and industry panels that reinforce our position as a leader in subscription ERP transformation

How You Will Be Measured

  • Attainment of billable utilization goals (65%), measured quarterly
  • Presales influence and support contributing to closed/won bookings and influenced revenue
  • Measurable contribution to market growth through GTM execution and IP/accelerator creation that differentiates Neocol in the ecosystem
  • Elevation of delivery quality and scalability through architecture governance, continuous improvement, and enablement of delivery teams

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in NetSuite solution architecture, technical consulting, or ERP integration leadership roles
  • Proven hands-on experience with NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), SuiteBilling, and related financial modules
  • Strong proficiency with SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customizations and integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement cross-system solutions integrating NetSuite with Salesforce or other front-office platforms
  • Experience leading functional and technical workshops, executive-level discussions, and customer-facing architecture reviews
  • Strong understanding of subscription and SaaS business models, with expertise in Product-to-Revenue process flows
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills able to bridge strategic business context with technical design

What Would Set You Apart

  • NetSuite ERP Consultant and/or SuiteCloud Developer certifications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Billing
  • Experience developing and deploying integration IP such as ARM Connector or similar accelerators
  • Background with Agile methodologies, iterative delivery, and early demo-driven implementation models
  • Experience with partner program collaboration, joint GTM campaigns, and cross-functional ecosystem delivery
