  • Shape multi-phase and longer-term roadmaps that define how Client360 & Aggregation capabilities will mature into scalable, adoptable platform services that become the foundation for reporting and enable proactive client advice, insights and analytics.

  • Translate enterprise and group-level objectives into clear product outcomes and prioritized initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end product execution for Client360 & Aggregation initiatives across multiple platforms and teams.

  • Define product requirements for foundational Client360 & Aggregation capabilities, including client and household structures, ownership and relationship representation, planning-oriented data models, and complex client scenarios such as estate considerations.

  • Maintain a healthy, outcome-aligned backlog that balances scope, pace, quality, budget, and delivery risk.

  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, integration points, and delivery risks across data, platform, and experience workstreams.

  • Partner closely with business, design, data, engineering, and adjacent product teams to translate complex needs into clear, deliverable product plans.

  • Drive alignment across platforms to reduce duplication, improve data consistency, and enable shared ways of working.

  • Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes clearly to senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Represent the business lens within the product team by grounding decisions in client value, business impact, and financial risk considerations.

  • Contribute to data-driven business cases and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform priorities and solution design.

  • Apply strong understanding of enterprise data products, shared data models, workflow implications, and cross-system dependencies.

  • Consider regulatory, compliance, and operational constraints relevant to client data and Wealth Management products.

  • Serve as an exemplar of product management craft within a cross-functional product team.

  • Mentor and coach Product Managers and peers, helping raise product capability across the organization.

  • Create, refine, or scale tools, templates, and practices that improve product discovery, prioritization, facilitation, and delivery effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of product management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven experience owning product strategy, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap planning for enterprise-scale capabilities.

  • Strong ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

  • Experience delivering data-heavy products involving shared data models, workflows, and platform integrations.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision, drive clarity, and frame tradeoffs in ambiguous environments.

  • Experience working in agile delivery environments and partnering closely with engineering and data teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Wealth Management or Financial Services experience, particularly in areas involving client data, relationship structures, advisory workflows, or platform modernization.

  • Experience aligning multiple platforms around shared data, common workflows, or unified client experiences.

  • Experience extending foundational platforms into broader data products, analytics, or intelligence-driven capabilities.
