OVERVIEW

Can you turn conversations into capital and partnerships into power moves?

We’re hiring a Capital Partnerships & Investor Relations Lead to help fuel the next phase of growth at JPG Enterprises (JPGE). This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationships, strategy, and revenue generation. You’ll be the connector between our visionary platforms and the high-level partners ready to empower them.

You’ll work alongside our Director of Partnerships & Strategic Capital and collaborate with leadership across multiple ventures—media, leadership development, wellness, consulting, and tech & global innovation—to activate sponsorships, investment partnerships, and strategic alliances that drive funding and expansion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop, pitch, and close high-value sponsorships, co-branded partnerships, and investment relationships.

  • Design creative capital engagement packages aligned with JPGE ventures and initiatives.

  • Lead outreach to corporate partners, family offices, angel networks, and mission-aligned investors.

  • Cultivate long-term investor relationships through touchpoints, reporting, and impact storytelling.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demand and funder priorities.

  • Maintain a live pipeline of capital opportunities, pitch materials, and prospect data.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in investor relations, strategic partnerships, sponsorship development, or business development.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven track record of securing six- to seven-figure sponsorships or investment partnerships.

  • Proficiency in sales and fundraising strategies

  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with persuasive presentation skills.

  • Deep understanding of funding ecosystems, investment vehicles, and partnership trends.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, go-getter attitude.

  • Comfortable navigating both private-sector and mission-driven investment opportunities.

  • Organized, self-managed, metrics & impact-driven.

**Candidates with strong B2B sales, fundraising, or venture partnership experience encouraged to apply.

**Compensation Transparency: This is a 100% commission-based role with milestone bonuses and uncapped earning potential. On-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $250,000 – $750,000+ annually, depending on performance and deal volume.
Top performers often exceed this range through high-value sponsorships, capital partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
