Carrier Engagement Specialist
This specialized role within Carrier Operations at FourKites will focus on carrier and customer communication and project planning. Primary responsibilities include owning initial customer communications with transportation partners, assisting the Implementation team with analysis and reporting, Salesforce administration and configuration, and managing efficiency-driving projects for the Carrier Engagement team.
You love variety and can manage multiple tasks at the same time. You can jump from a call to an excel spreadsheet to a cloud CRM with ease, and execute flawlessly in each thing you do. You are obsessively organized, detail-oriented, and driven.

Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of total work experience in software marketing (e-mail / demand gen)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience managing outbound marketing campaigns using automation tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce with admin experience)
- Familiarity with Excel and/or other data analysis programs
