SUMMARY

Booster’s C3 Administrators oversee the preparation, execution, and delivery of all school communication. They work closely with the Client Care Consultants to customize the internal communication & external campaign materials for Booster’s school partners & prospective schools. They help create and manage systems for seamless communication to increase program success & market growth.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Internal & External Communication Channels

  • Create and lead systems for communicating internally with each other and external systems for schools to have access to world-class campaign & program materials.

Set up & Manage Programs

  • The administrator will be responsible for setting up programs & communication on Locker. They will work closely with C3s to ensure program preparation is excellent & optimized for maximum program success & fundraising campaigns are ready to maximize funds. This includes locker management, social media posts, email templates, fliers, and other resources.

Sales Preparation

  • The administrator will be responsible for organizing the resources needed to execute the sales strategy. They will work to provide real-time intel of local districts & schools while also assembling sales resources for the C3 & GM. This includes deliverables, rec. letters, video testimonies, marketing resources, & sales event planning.

Compliance (Market-specific)

  • Administrator will build & oversee a system to ensure their state is compliant with new state protocols. They will be responsible for making sure paperwork is on time and accurate.
