In This Role
In this role with our client, you will drive successful adoption of large‑scale digital transformation initiatives by translating system, process, and capability changes into clear, actionable communications, training, and enablement strategies. You will partner closely with project teams and leaders to ensure stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to adopt new ways of working—ultimately ensuring that digital investments deliver measurable business value.
You will operate as a hands‑on change practitioner, developing high‑quality organizational change management (OCM) deliverables, supporting readiness and adoption measurement, and engaging global stakeholders through targeted communications, training, and leadership‑ready materials.
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end change management strategies aligned to project goals, timelines, and operating rhythms.
- Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, data, technology, roles, and controls.
- Build and maintain integrated OCM plans (communications, training, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement).
- Partner with project managers, product owners, SMEs, and leadership to embed change management from project initiation through post‑go‑live.
- Create clear, audience‑specific communications that explain:
- System and process changes
- Project goals and scope
- Business capabilities enabled
- Required actions for impacted stakeholders
- Develop multimedia content such as presentations, infographics, videos, and written communications.
- Prepare leadership‑ready materials, including executive briefings, steering committee decks, and decision presentations.
- Plan and support stakeholder engagement activities including demos, roadshows, town halls, and awareness sessions.
- Maintain and update digital collaboration hubs (e.g., SharePoint‑based transformation sites) with current and accurate change content.
- Design role‑based training strategies and learning journeys aligned to adult learning principles.
- Develop and coordinate training materials, walkthroughs, job aids, and enablement resources.
- Partner with SMEs and process owners to ensure training reflects real‑world scenarios and end‑user needs.
- Design and administer business readiness surveys; analyze results and identify risks and mitigation actions.
- Develop post‑go‑live adoption and reinforcement plans to close adoption gaps.
- Define, track, and report adoption KPIs and OKRs tied to usage, behavior change, and value realization.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on adoption and readiness data.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops to identify user pain points, experience gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Align change activities to measurable business outcomes and user experience improvements.
- Develop materials that clearly define success metrics and expected value from digitization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- .5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, change enablement, or similar discipline.
- Demonstrated experience creating standard OCM deliverables, including:
- Leadership and stakeholder communications
- Change impact assessments
- Training and enablement materials
- Readiness surveys and adoption reporting
- Experience supporting large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to work across global, cross‑functional teams in complex environments.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education.
- Certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR).
- Experience supporting transformations within EPC, engineering, construction, finance, or supply chain environments.
- Experience designing and analyzing surveys, adoption metrics, and value realization reporting.
- Familiarity with design thinking and user‑centric change approaches.
- Advanced proficiency with presentation tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Salary Range
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $120000– $135000 USD Per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
