Position Summary:

The Channel Development Manager, Industrial is responsible for driving profitable sales growth through the effective management, development, and optimization of assigned distributor, reseller, and manufacturer representative partners across the industrial market. This role strengthens the company’s market presence by building strategic relationships, executing collaborative business plans, and equipping partners with the tools, training, and support needed to increase revenue, expand market share, and deliver long-term business value.

As the primary interface between the company and its channel partners, you will ensure alignment on goals, programs, and strategic initiatives while driving consistent execution and performance across your territory. You will play a key role in developing and scaling channel processes, launching innovative partner programs, and identifying new opportunities for growth within the industrial channel. This role covers the West Coast territory, and the ideal candidate will be located within the West Coast or Midwest region to effectively support customers and channel partners.

Essential Job Functions:

This role will encompass the following, and additional activities asked by management to grow and strengthen the revenue stream for AMMEX:

  • Build and scale AMMEX glove sales within the Industrial sales channel
  • Implement systematic, scalable sales processes to drive exponential channel growth
  • Maximize the value of existing customers, and programs, while developing additional outlets of distribution
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the market and its drivers for all team members
  • Partner with the leadership team to develop and drive a long-term growth strategy
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance overall customer experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive sales, channel management, business development, or account management experience, with a demonstrated record of increasing responsibility and revenue growth.
  • Proven success managing and growing distributor, reseller, and/or manufacturer representative partner networks.
  • Experience executing partner growth plans that drive revenue, market share, and profitable business expansion.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives, business owners, directors, and C-suite leaders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience analyzing sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements, business terms, and partner programs.
  • Experience launching, scaling, and optimizing sales or channel programs across multiple markets, regions, or customer segments.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience within the Industrial industry, with preference given to candidates with distribution, aftermarket, industrial, safety, MRO, or related channel experience.
  • Highly proficient in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to physically travel via airplane to domestic and international locations as needed to support the business. This role will require some travel within the Region, (30%+ travel should be expected).
  • Requires sitting for extended periods of time at a computer, keying and reading content.
  • Will be required to stand, reach, bend, twist, squat, and move about freely in an office or remote work environment. May need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Able to use office equipment such as phone, copier, printer, video camera, etc.

Targeted Hiring Range: 120k-140k Base + Bonus Potential

Total Compensation: Commensurate with experience and internal equity
