Role Description: Channel Marketing Manager, Central
 
Role Purpose: 
 
The Channel Marketing Manager will help accelerate Wasabi’s Go-to-Market Strategy with North America based MSPs, VARs, and System Integrators– new and existing. The main responsibility of this role is to design and implement specialized channel activation plans and activities to increase sales revenue by accelerating partner recruitment, engagement, and activation.
 
This is a remote position supporting the central region of the US.

Responsibilities:
  • Build marketing relationships with designated Americas Partners in alignment with channel sales team goals. 
  • Execute engaging and educational virtual and field activities for channel partners and their end users. 
  • Understand and leverage Technology Alliance Partner solutions and channel marketing teams to educate and enable channel sales teams and create pull through demand. 
  • Collaborate with Wasabi’s Central Sales Team to coordinate coverage and follow-up of field activities 
  • Plan, execute, and measure ROI on joint marketing campaigns and activities with partners to drive end customer demand and manage MDF funds and budget across the region. 
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of field/channel marketing experience, preferably within the Technology (HW, SW, SaaS, IaaS) space. 
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycle, and how to work with partners to nurture leads, progress opportunities, and accelerate closing. 
  • Ability to be a self-starter driving efforts with minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. 
  • Hands on attitude and creative use of resources. 
  • Team player, passion for work and willing to travel. 
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and PRM platforms.
