· Develop GTM playbooks that align messaging, positioning, packaging, and use cases across AVANT’s portfolio of next generation technology solutions.

· Support sales and channel teams with structured frameworks and collateral that reinforce AVANT’s role as a strategic advisor, not just a distributor.

· Lead the development and ongoing optimization of sales assets that help acquire, educate, retain and grow the AVANT Trusted Advisor community.

· Own management of brand campaigns that amplify our value proposition to Trusted Advisors and the channel overall, ensuring they are far-reaching and impactful.

Content Strategy, Thought Leadership & Education

· Develop campaigns, content themes, narratives, and thought leadership that reinforce AVANT’s position as an industry leader.

· Partner with stakeholders to translate data, insights, and capabilities into customer-ready stories and education assets.

· Constantly stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to turn these into thought-leadership content and/or messaging that can be woven into marketing outreach channels.

· Support client and internal sales team education across the lifecycle through collaborating on the development of guides, testimonials, training content, and other resources.

· Consistently refresh and refine onboarding and messaging collateral for sales teams.

Targeting, Insights & Performance Optimization

· Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to define and refine ideal customer profiles to guide targeted GTM efforts.

· Work cross-functionally with sales, analytics, creative, content, and digital team members to ensure alignment and speed to market.

· Track adoption and performance of marketing and brand tools and content, delivering insights that inform continuous improvement and most effective distribution channels.

· Use data, feedback loops, and attribution intelligence to optimize messaging, content effectiveness, segmentation, and sales impact.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

· 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing and go-to-market strategy, ideally within the technology ecosystem.

· Proven experience supporting complex sales cycles and sales-driven organizations.

· Deep understanding of lifecycle & segmentation marketing and consultative selling motions.

· Well-versed in campaign development and brand amplification.

· Strong ability to translate complex, technical offerings into clear, compelling, targeted materials that enforce the AVANT value narrative.

· Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

What Success Looks Like

· Trusted Advisors and sales teams consistently use AVANT’s tools and content to guide customer decisions with confidence.

· Go-to-market strategies clearly differentiate AVANT in the market and support scalable growth.

· Sales materials effectively simplify complexity and increase deal velocity.

· Marketing and sales alignment results in measurable improvements in engagement, adoption, and pipeline impact.

· AVANT’s expertise, insights, and tools are clearly reflected in every client and partner interaction.

· Campaigns are structured to create engagement and amplify AVANT’s differentiated value and industry leadership.

· Consistent collaboration with team members, contributing to a culture of learning, accountability, and innovation.

They are energized by enabling others to succeed, comfortable bridging strategy and execution, and skilled at turning data, platforms, trends and insights into compelling sales stories. They are well-versed in both full-funnel campaign development and segmented audience outreach.

They bring a strong point of view on best practices for sales-focused collateral and thought-leadership, a passion for technology and education, a constant drive to promote the brand, and a collaborative mindset that fits AVANT’s culture—always focused on helping Trusted Advisors win more, faster, and better.
