Position Overview

Storer Transportation is looking for a customer-centric Charter Reservation Specialist to manage client group travel inquiries, build accurate trip itineraries, and secure bookings. Operating as a key revenue generator, you will guide corporate clients, school districts, and private parties through our charter options, ensuring excellent service from the initial quote to final booking confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound charter inquiries via email, phone, and online reservation portals.
  • Calculate precise pricing quotes based on mileage, hours, vehicle type, driver regulations, and specialized routing.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by issuing clear digital contracts and processing deposits.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to verify vehicle availability and driver capacities before finalizing bookings.
  • Maintain ongoing correspondence with clients to adjust itineraries, process balance payments, and gather feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in reservation management, corporate travel coordination, or premium hospitality sales.
  • High comfort level with complex calculating matrices, mapping tools, and reservation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage hundreds of active client quotes and contracts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales and operations teams to protect service margins.
