As the Chief Customer Officer at trü frü, you will report directly to the CEO and operate as part of the broader Accelerator Sales Leadership community, serving as the executive leader of our sales function. We are on an ambitious journey to $1B, and this role is central to getting us there. You will build on the strong foundation already in place, growing and developing the team, deepening customer relationships, and bringing the voice of the customer into every strategic decision. You will own trü frü’s go-to-market approach across all channels and geographies, from retail and out-of-home to digital commerce, while continuing to build and strengthen our presence in Canada as a key growth market, and leverage the full power of Mars Snacking multipliers to accelerate trü frü’s journey to $1B. You will serve as the connective tissue between our customers, our brand, and our long-term growth ambitions.

- Help develop and grow the Out-of-Home channel by bringing strategic direction, customer relationships, and the full breadth of Mars Accelerator resources and multipliers to unlock this opportunity for the business.
- Lead and grow trü frü’s Canadian business, partnering with the Canadian sales lead to localize commercial strategy, build customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth in market.
- Serve as a category leader, partnering with customers through data, insights, and compelling storytelling to win at the shelf and strengthen trü frü’s position as a strategic CPG partner.
- Serve as a critical partner in Strategic Revenue Management and pricing strategy, including PPA (price-pack architecture), ensuring the right price points and pack formats are being sold in for both the business and the customer.
- Lead trade investment strategy and optimization, ensuring trü frü’s investment is driving the highest-quality returns across accounts and channels.
- Lead customer negotiations at the highest levels, building long-term partnerships that deliver mutual value and sustainable growth.
- Drive an integrated omnichannel strategy that connects in-store execution, Route to Market, and online growth into a cohesive consumer experience.
- Cultivate cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure strong execution and customer focus across the organization and orchestrate Mars Snacking multipliers to maximize the resources and support available on trü frü’s journey to $1B.
- Advise the senior leadership team on sales targets, growth strategies, and enterprise priorities, bringing the voice of the customer into every key decision.
