We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff (CoS) to partner and work with our Global Management Team. This is a high-impact professional who will manage intense complexity and help drive clarity, priorities, and ruthless execution across the leadership team and the entire organization.

This is a high-intensity position at the intersection of the company’s executives, strategic-operational coordination, and leadership enablement, requiring a blend of strategic foresight and "bulldozer" execution capability.

The CoS will define and manage the Company’s execution rhythm targeting to provide effective and efficient management and company rhythm – priority, schedule planning – ensuring management team focus on the main needle movers and main strategic needs.

The CoS will target to build best management execution practices – ownership, milestones, actions items, follow up, meetings’ management – enabling the company management to best manage the company’s execution to the agreed directions.

Job Description

1. Management Effectiveness and Efficiency:

· Management Agenda: define and plan management agenda by driving cross management priorities

· Management Decision Making and Execution follow up: ensure effective and timely decision making and follow ups

· Cross Management Decision Making and Decision Funneling: Work with the Management team to set the organizational pace by and decision making funneling

· Focus Optimization: Optimize the management team time and focus, ensuring they concentrate on the highest-impact strategic priorities

· Total Discretion: Handle the most sensitive and confidential matters with unwavering discretion and integrity.

2. Driving Execution and Organizational Cadence:

· Relentless Execution Track: Maintain a strict track of commitments, decisions, and deadlines across the leadership teams. Ensure that every decision is translated into clear workflows and follow-up actions, while ensuring follow-up on execution

· Prioritization and Juggling: Simultaneously manage and drive a high volume of tasks and initiatives, exercising sharp judgment on prioritization and resource allocation

· Company’s execution rhythm focus: getting to provide effective, efficient and stable management and company rhythm – priority, schedule planning –

ensuring management team focus on the main needle movers and main strategic needs.

· Best management execution practices: Ownership, milestones, actions items, follow up, meetings management – enabling the company management to best manage the company’s execution to the agreed directions.

· Leading Without Authority: Proactively push strategic projects and initiatives forward, motivating and driving the senior leadership to achieve results.

3. Executive Leadership Enablement & Board

· Leadership Team Effectiveness: Drive the effective function of the Leadership Team, ensuring they operate as a cohesive, high-performing force that effectively leads their divisional and professional domains while advancing the company's collective strategy

· Board Preparation: Support the CEO in preparing all materials, briefs, and presentations for Board meetings and critical executive strategy sessions

· Executive Comms: Maintain a reliable, robust communication flow with all senior leaders, distilling complex information into concise executive summaries and briefs.

1. Management Seniority: experience manager with proven capabilities and track record working with Senior Management teams and large globally distributes teams.

2. Familiarity and Trust: High level of familiarity with the organization and its main stakeholders and management team. Ability to maintain long-lasting work relationships based on trust and collaboration with the leadership teams

3. Execution Engine & Resilience: High mental capacity to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and complex challenges. Demonstrated ability to thrive under sustained pressure, maintaining a high output level and personal equilibrium amidst organizational change and an exceptionally fast operational cadence, coupled with a strong commitment to closing loops and delivering results

4. Accountability Driver: Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder follow-ups and embed accountability throughout the organization

5. Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex discussions into clear action items and structured timelines

6. Situational Awareness: Exceptional capability to quickly identify priorities, risks, and pressures, and act proactively to mitigate and amplify opportunities

7. Excellent Hebrew & English communication
