Overview:

SageSure is looking for a process-driven individual to drive consistency in administrative support and strategic assistance. This is a vital role in the efficient management of property insurance claims while also contributing to broader organizational goals. This position focuses on the administrative aspects of claims processing and supports various data and strategy initiatives. The ideal candidate must be able to work proficiently in multiple systems, have strong learning agility, and be able to aggregate information for use by others. As SageSure’s Claims team grows, you’ll be a key part of ensuring we scale with a business technology focus to drive us into the future. What you’d be doing:

  • Perform administrative tasks related to insurance claims
  • Track and allocate costs to various accounts
  • Perform an analytical review of the documentation received
  • Assist with strategy and analytics support as needed
  • Support management in developing and implementing strategies for improving claims processing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance metrics
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on claims activity, trends, and performance metrics
  • Work with cross-functional team

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 1 or more years of claims or support experience
  • Analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
  • Experience with business intelligence tools
  • Exceptionally Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Smartsheet
  • Experience of working with stakeholders at various levels of seniority
  • Adaptable and willing to learn on the job
  • Knowledge of the Insurance and Reinsurance markets, or experience in a similar environment
  • Working knowledge of claims processes and operating models, or experience in a similar environment 

Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Property Claims experience to include catastrophe
  • Process mapping tools and techniques
  • Professional designations
