The Claims Contract Attorney will analyze claim documents, prepare responses to inquiries, provide customer service, and support mass tort litigation.

Paradigm is seeking a Claims Contract Attorney to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. We are seeking attorneys to join a project team with an immediate focus on product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. This role involves critical responsibilities in claim analysis, addressing complex inquiries, and delivering exceptional client service. THIS JOB WILL BE OPENING SOON.
Type: 3+ months contract
Location: Remote in approved locations

As a Claims Contract Attorney you will:
- Analyze claim documents thoroughly and accurately.
- Prepare detailed responses to complex written inquiries from claimants and their counsel.
- Address complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel with professionalism and precision.
- Provide "best-in-class" customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and work quality.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice)
- Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Customer service approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word products as well as Smart sheets is preferred.
