The Account Manager will develop and manage customer relations, prospect new clients, prepare quotes, and communicate extensively with clients. They will work with sales orders via Salesforce and coordinate with Account Coordinators, while also attending trade shows as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer relations for assigned leads and accounts.
- Prospect within client companies for maximum program penetration,
- Prospect and create opportunities for new client business.
- Activity based mindset to feed opportunity pipeline.
- Communicate extensively with clients via phone and email regarding orders & shipping information
- Research product and provide recommendations; provide virtual mockups; physical samples.
- Work with clients utilizing company stores for merchandise flexibility.
- Prepare quotes for customer orders.
- Receive client’s artwork and pass along to Designer.
- Enter sales orders via Salesforce.
- Coordinate the client’s review and approval of proofs.
- Coordinate sales order with Account Coordinators
- May participate in presentations, meetings, etc. and attend industry trade shows.
- Other selling duties as assigned, based on business requirements.
Required Education/Experience:
- 3 years promotional product sales experience
- Prospecting within your client accounts
- Prospecting for new business.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and
- PowerPoint
- Must be experienced with CRM/ERP systems.
- Above-average 10 key and typing skills.
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form.
- Ability to work well under pressure, on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Base plus commission compensation model.
